In 2017, in the sun-drenched heart of Central Vietnam, Olivia’s Prime Steakhouse took its very first steps. From those humble beginnings, we made a promise: to bring diners the finest cuts of beef, grilled by hand over a wood fire – where flavor is not only about cuisine, but also about devotion and heartfelt hospitality.
Over eight years, countless meals have turned into cherished memories, each glass of wine has connected hearts, and day after day, from noon until late into the night, the fire on our grill has kept alive a belief: that Vietnamese can create world-class culinary standards right here on their homeland.
